Business Development Executive

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive who can generate leads, promote aviation courses, build institutional partnerships, and support student admissions. The candidate should be willing to travel, have strong communication skills, and possess knowledge of social media and digital marketing. Experience in sales, marketing, or the aviation industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
• Visit schools, colleges, institutions, and corporate clients for presentations and tie-ups.
• Travel as required for marketing, student counselling, events, and business meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, institutions, and industry partners.
• Support social media marketing on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Assist with creating reels, posts, captions, and promotional content.
• Assist in organizing seminars, career guidance programs, and promotional events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Confident, energetic, target-oriented, and presentable.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry is an added advantage.
