Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Pipeline, and EPC sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Generate leads and achieve business development targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for client requirements.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
• Maintain client databases and prepare business reports.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 25 years of experience in business development within the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in tendering and proposal preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
