About this role
with at least 1 year of experience in driving B2B sales or client partnerships, ideally within design, tech, or creative agencies. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with decision-makers, crafting pitches, and closing deals with clarity and empathy.
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
- Conduct discovery calls, present tailored pitches, and close opportunities with mid to enterprise-level clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects in the product, design, or digital transformation space.
- Track lead movement and keep detailed records of calls, conversations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and leadership to refine outreach and sales strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in UX/UI and product design.
- Contribute to monthly sales goals and growth metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client servicing.
- Based in Mumbai - this is a hybrid/on-site role .
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfort with CRM tools, sales trackers, and data reporting.
- Education: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred .
- Passion for design, technology, and building meaningful client relationships.
- Proactive, target-driven, and collaborative mindset.
