About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospects.
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Address client queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Manage and track all client interactions and follow-ups in reports/CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Work on company-provided/warm leads; no lead generation or cold calling required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and effectively address queries and objections.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Comfortable working with company-provided/warm leads.
- No lead generation or cold calling required.
- Prior experience in sales, customer relationship management, telesales, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
