Business Development Executive

Inbound Sales Closer 

₹30K–₹35K Fixed | Warm Inbound Leads | No Cold Calling | Fully Remote

We're looking for a strong sales closer who enjoys consultative selling, handling objections, following up, and closing deals.

You'll be working with Global EXIM Institute, selling a ₹25,000 Export-Import Intensive Training Program.

These are warm leads. Prospects have already attended a paid webinar and shown interest in learning about the Export-Import business. You won't be spending your day cold calling strangers.

Your role:

• Speak with warm inbound prospects
• Understand their goals and requirements
• Handle objections and recommend the right program
• Follow up and close enrollments
• Maintain your pipeline and hit monthly targets

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 1–2 years of experience in high-ticket sales, EdTech, coaching, consulting, or training
• Knows how basic export-import trade works
• Has excellent spoken English
• Is confident with objections, follow-ups, and closing
• Is comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Is disciplined, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely

Compensation

• Fixed: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month
• Incentive: ₹50,000+/month
• Performance-based incentives

Work: Full-time | 10 AM–7 PM | Sunday off | Fully Remote
