Role Description The Business development Executive will work on-site in Chennai in a full-time capacity, focusing on driving business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to align sales efforts with digital and software solutions. The Sales Marketing Executive will also track performance metrics, report on campaign outcomes, and support continuous improvement in sales processes and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Cold calling and Market Research to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
• Demonstrated abilities in Sales and Marketing to generate leads, close deals, and support brand growth.
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and client engagement.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, IT services, or software solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
