Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling, lead generation, market research, and client acquisition.
- Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions related to healthcare/diagnostic services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or a related field.
- HSC / Graduate candidates can apply; freshers are also welcome.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and speaking with B2B clients.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and other channels.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from Sanpada, Navi Mumbai.
