Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for the Hospital Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong relationships with doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and increasing patient footfall for the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for hospital services.
Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and insurance companies.
Promote hospital healthcare packages, specialties, and services.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
Arrange health camps, corporate tie-ups, and awareness programs.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient service.
Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
Maintain MIS reports, lead tracker, and follow-up records.
Handle patient queries and convert leads into admissions / consultations.
Develop branding strategies to increase hospital visibility.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare services preferred.
MS Excel, CRM, and reporting knowledge.
Field marketing experience preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Hospital / Healthcare / Pharma / Diagnostic industry.
Good local market knowledge.
Ability to travel for business meetings and field visits.
