Business Development Executive

Location: Glendale International School, Tellapur, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive student admissions and achieve business development targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, education consultants, corporate partners, and the local community.
• Identify new opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Admissions and Marketing teams for lead generation and conversion.
• Represent the school at events, fairs, and networking activities.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and admission opportunities.
• Maintain reports on leads, conversions, and business development activities.
• Ensure a positive and seamless parent experience throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in business development, sales, admissions, or marketing; education sector experience preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
