Job Summary
Legacy Global Bank is hiring Relationship Executives / Business Development Executives for a target-driven Sales & Client Acquisition role.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calling and client acquisition
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements
- Conduct sales conversations and handle objections
- Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline
- Convert prospects into clients
- Conduct product/platform demonstrations when required
- Maintain client relationships and CRM records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop knowledge of Forex, Gold/XAUUSD, Crypto, Indices and Trading Platforms
Candidate Profile - Looking for candidates with:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Confidence in outbound calling
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain follow-up
- Interest in trading and financial markets
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
Preferred: Sales, Tele calling, Business Development, Relationship Management, Banking, Insurance, EdTech, Real Estate or Financial Services experience.
Self-trading experience is an advantage. Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
Compensation:
During 6-Month Probation:
- Graduate/Fresher: 18,000/month
- Experienced/PG: 20,000/month
Post Probation: 22,000/month
Performance Incentives: 10,000/month up to 2.5 Lakhs/month, based on performance and applicable incentive structure.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM6:15 PM
Sunday – Weekly Off
