Business Development Executive - US Market

• Own the end-to-end sales process - from lead intake to conversion

• Follow up on leads generated by marketing (website, ads, outreach, events, etc.)

• Conduct discovery calls, qualify needs, and present product demos

• Collaborate with tech & design teams for client demos and proposals

• Use CRM/Sheets to manage and track leads, deals, and progress

• Prepare proposals, pricing, and pitch decks

• Report to founders on weekly metrics & performance

• Maintain client relationships and support post-sale handover

• • Full-time CTC after performance: 3.5 LPA - 5.6 LPA + Incentives

  • Fuel/travel reimbursements (for in-field meetings)

  • Growth-based incentive slab post confirmation

• Performance Target: Expected to generate 3x ROI from 2nd month onwards

• Exposure to working with founders, global SaaS products, and hospitality-tech brands

• In-office & on-call sales training provided

• Internship-to-Permanent Option:

  • Start as a 3-month probationary intern at 6,000- 10,000/month (based on skill)

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM | Monday-Saturday
Late login after 10:15 AM may be considered half-day

• 0.5-2 years of experience in Sales / BDM / SDR / Client Coordination

• Strong written & verbal communication (Hindi + English)

• Background in IT / SaaS / Digital products preferred (not mandatory)
