Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Business Development Executives to join our Tally Sales team. The role requires confidence in face-to-face meetings, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Tally products and services
- Conduct product demos for prospects
- Visit clients and Chartered Accountants for meetings
- Build relationships and close sales through direct interaction
- Maintain follow-ups with interested customers
Requirements
- Freshers with a passion for sales
- Qualification: BBA, B.Com, MBA or related fields
- Presentable and confident in client-facing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Knowledge of Tally is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits
Compensation
Stipend: 10,000 per month for 3 months
Post-Internship PPO: CTC: 4 LPA
- 2.4 LPA fixed
- 1.6 LPA variable
