About the Role

Elettro is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support sales growth, customer relationships, and day-to-day business operations.

The role offers direct exposure to Top Management and the CMO, with opportunities to work on sales, business development, customer coordination,n and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on business enquiries and leads.
• Communicate with customers and dealers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders.
• Build and maintain customer, dealer and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate orders, dispatches and deliveries with internal teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Maintain sales, lead, and follow-up records using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Assist Top Management and CMO with business development, market research, and special projects.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience; freshers can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with sales calls, follow-ups,s and customer interaction.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
