Business Development Executive / SALES Executive

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle calls with prospective property buyers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties/projects.
• Explain project details, location and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
• Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
• Work towards achieving sales and site-visit targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful conversions.
