About this role
Business Development Executive (Company Incorporation & ROC Compliance)
About the role: You will handle end-to-end incorporation and MCA filings for our clients, from document collection to certificate delivery.
Responsibilities
- Incorporate Private Limited, LLP, OPC, Section 8 and Partnership firms
- Handle name reservation (SPICe+ Part A, RUN), DSC/DIN, MOA/AOA, and SPICe+ filing
- Manage post-incorporation work: PAN/TAN, GST, EPFO/ESIC, Shops & Establishment, bank account opening support
- File MCA forms such as INC-20A, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, AOC-4, MGT-7 and related filings
- Track SRNs, respond to ROC queries and resubmit rejected forms
- Maintain TAT and quality standards, and coordinate with CA/CS/legal team members
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in incorporation and MCA V3 portal filings
- Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008
- Experience at a firm like VakilSearch, RegisterKaro, IndiaFilings, LegalWiz or similar is preferred and a great plus
- Good attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Graduate in commerce, law or a related field (CS Executive, B.Com, LLB or similar is a plus)
