Key Responsibilities:
Responsiblefor Bus Operator service acquisition on to Dynamic Pricing throughcollaboration with the Regional Team
Responsiblefor the entire lifecycle of the Bus operator post-activation
Maintainregular communication with both the external and internal teams, constantlyhandling customer expectations
Ongoingselling of the nuances of the solution and the benefit delivered to the busoperator.
Ensure BO expectation setting
Proactively intervene guide on pricing related queries best strategies
Handle Bus Operator Objections
Present various reports - performance and internal tracking to busoperators and internal teams
Train and evangelise Dynamic pricingBOs on various product Dashboards
Liaisonswith product team for solution deployment as well as help incorporate feedbackfrom bus operators
Educational Qualification: MBA
Experience: 1 to 4 Years of experience
KeyRequirements:
- Strong conflict resolution, objection handling and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-centric approach
- Strong detail, strong communication, Excel, and presentation skills
- Action- and result-oriented, process-oriented, Stakeholder management
Excellent problem-solving skills, witha demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly,using peers and internal resources as applicable
