Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential apartment communities.
• Meet Apartment Associations (AOA/RWA), Builders, Property Managers, and Management Committees to promote Facility Management Services.
• Generate leads through networking, references, site visits, and cold calling.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project transition after deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular MIS and activity reports.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and contract renewals to maximize revenue.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.
