About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive to acquire corporate clients for our NAPS & NATS implementation services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and business closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, and networking.
• Identify and connect with HR Heads, CHROs, Plant Heads, Business Owners, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings and explain NAPS/NATS benefits, eligibility, and implementation process.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong corporate client relationships.
• Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain CRM/sales trackers and submit regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in corporate client acquisition and lead generation.
• Comfortable with cold calling and meeting senior decision-makers.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, email, and LinkedIn.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
