We are currently hiring for the position of Business Development Executive/ Manager (Enterprise sales exp) for our Pune office.

Position: Business Development Executive/ Manager

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune

Experience: 2 to 8 Years

CTC: Up to 6 LPA to 12 LPA (Depends on Current CTC and stability)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Notice Period: 30days

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 10 years of core B2B sales experience (Enterprise sales exp mandate)
  • Experience in selling IT Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, or Technology Consulting Services
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers, IT Heads, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new business opportunities through B2B sales activities
  • Identify prospective clients and build strong business relationships
  • Present company offerings and propose suitable IT/Cybersecurity solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution presentations
  • Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
