About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive to win IT services clients through freelance and bidding platforms. This is a full-time, single-focus role, not a shared or side responsibility.
What You'll Do
Find and bid on high-value projects on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer and more
Write standout proposals that get clients to respond
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach and referrals
Take leads from first conversation to closed deal
Work with our tech team on estimates and scope
Track bids, responses and conversions
You're a Great Fit If You
Have 1-2 years of IT sales or bidding experience on Upwork, Guru and Freelancer
Have actually closed deals, not just generated leads
Know how to pick the right projects and price them smartly
Understand web, mobile and software development services
Write and speak excellent English
Are self-driven and comfortable with daily bidding targets
