We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives with strong Hindi communication skills to join our Inside Sales team in Erode.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a long-term career in software sales and business development. You will receive training on our software products and gain practical experience in customer communication, product demonstrations, lead management and the complete sales cycle.

• Handle company-provided leads and customer enquiries.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
• Explain and demonstrate software products to potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations and software demos.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and address objections professionally.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through sales closure.
• Work towards assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Achieve agreed sales conversion and performance KPIs, based on lead quality and defined performance parameters.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams for a smooth customer handover.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records regularly.

• Fluent Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in software sales and business development.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
