Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have a sales-oriented mindset and be comfortable interacting with prospective customers, following up on leads, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective customers and explain company products/services.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and respond to queries effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Regularly follow up with leads and nurture potential customers.
• Negotiate with prospects and work towards closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Bit exposure within sales, business development, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
• Candidates with a sales-oriented mindset will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales can also be considered.
