We are currently expanding our team at Wakao Foods (wakaofoods.com) and are looking for a driven Business Development Officer (Sales and Marketing) to join us in  South Mumbai. If you are passionate about the food industry and have a strong background in driving sales and building brand presence, we would love to explore this opportunity with you.
About the Role:

• Position: Business Development Officer (Sales & Marketing)
  
• Location: Kolkata
  
• Compensation: 3.5 Lakhs to 5.5 Lakhs per annum And TA DA+Incentive 
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the  Jabalpur  market (B2B and retail channels).
  
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  
• Execute local marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness for Wakao Foods.
  
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (FMCG or Food & Beverage experience is a strong plus).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong understanding of the local  Jabalpur  market.
  
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
