With over a decade of service excellence, we work with individuals, families, hospitals, and corporate organizations to provide accessible, reliable, and professional medical care. We are now looking to expand our business development team and are hiring our first dedicated Business Development Executive to help scale both our corporate and home healthcare verticals.

Role Overview:

This is a B2B-focused business development role involving:

1⃣ Corporate Healthcare Business

• Meeting HR Heads, Admin Managers, and General Managers
• Pitching corporate healthcare solutions including
• On-site Occupational Health Centre (OHC) setup & management
• Annual Health Checkups
• Vaccination drives
• Pre-employment & food handler medicals
• Health & wellness sessions by doctors, nutritionists & physiotherapists
• Closing contracts and maintaining long-term corporate relationships

2⃣ Healthcare Partnerships & Home Care Growth

• Building referral tie-ups with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes
• Developing associate partner relationships with healthcare companies
• Expanding home care services: doctor visits, nursing, physiotherapy, diagnostics, medical equipment, etc.

What We Are Looking For

1–3 years experience in Business Development / B2B Sales

Healthcare industry exposure preferred (hospital marketing, diagnostics, pharma, insurance, medical equipment, etc.)

MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management) preferred with bachelor's in healthcare background

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with field visits and corporate meetings

Self-driven, disciplined, and target-orientedWe are looking for someone who enjoys relationship-building and can confidently represent a healthcare brand.

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience)
