Business Development Executive ( Guwahati )

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand student requirements, academic goals, and learning needs.
• Counsel students/parents and recommend suitable courses and programs.
• Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment process.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate lead details and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Prior experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Telecalling, Counselling, or Academic Counselling is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.

Working Hours Important

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Candidates must be comfortable working in the above-mentioned shift.
