Business Development Executive For US Market

LiveSitter provides technology and related services for the childcare industry. With paying customers and active pilots, were looking for a proactive salesperson to generate opportunities, advance customer conversations, and help close contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with US childcare operators and senior decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Understand customer needs and present relevant business benefits.
• Coordinate demonstrations, prepare proposals, and support negotiations.
• Convert pilots into paying customers through clear milestones and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report weekly on pipeline progress and results.
• Work directly with the founder, who will support demonstrations and major deals.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling B2B software or technology services to US customers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities and contribute to closed sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, objection-handling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take ownership and follow through without repeated reminders.
• Availability for agreed working hours overlapping with US business hours.
• Childcare, education, or multi-location business experience is a plus.
