The Sr. BDE Design Engineering is responsible to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the organization by creating new business opportunities for design engineering business, cultivating strong client relationships, and strategically positioning our engineering solutions to meet market demands.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify target markets, generate qualified leads, and establish relationships with engineering, procurement, and C-level decision-makers for multi discipline design engineering business.
Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation.
Handling the initial level of calls with decision-makers.
Proposal & Bid Management: Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create proposals.
Must be able to develop and execute sales plans with proper market intelligence and strategies for the Europe/US Region.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track all sales activities, pipeline values, and closed deals utilizing CRM platforms.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MBA
Experience: Typically, 4-5 years in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record of selling engineering consulting or design services in international markets (EU, US, Middle East).
Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of design and detailed engineering, or AEC(Architecture, Engineering & Construction) lifecycles.
Soft Skills: C-suite communication, and cross-cultural networking skills.
