Business Development Associate
Location - Bengaluru | Full-time, On-site | Rotational: Wed–Sun (Mon–Tue off)
Experience - 6 months to 1 year of experience
About LIT School
India's first experience-based program for creators, marketers, and entrepreneurs. Students
learn by solving 50–100+ real brand briefs instead of sitting through lectures — building
portfolios, industry skills, and networks along the way.
The Role
Drive growth by connecting with provided leads, pitching LIT's programs to prospective
students and partners, and closing the loop from outreach to enrollment.
Reporting Structure
● Junior Associates → report to Business Managers
● IC Counsellors → report to Sales Head
What You'll Do
● Connect with daily leads provided and nurture them across channels
● Pitch and present LIT's value proposition via calls, meetings, and events
● Manage the sales pipeline and CRM records
● Research market trends in education, creator economy, and entrepreneurship
● Coordinate with internal teams on campaigns
● Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
● Strong communicator with sharp presentation skills
● Proven ability to nurture leads and close deals
● Comfortable with targets in a fast-paced environment
● Proficient in CRM tools and spreadsheets
● Prior BD/sales experience in education/edtech preferred
● Open to rotational shifts (Wed–Sun)
