Business Development Executive - Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities for our Digital Marketing and IT Services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic sales , and client acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Location: Noida (Sector 62) Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable Digital Marketing and IT service solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare proposals and support the complete sales process until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective client onboarding and project handover.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and track business development activities.
• Stay updated with market trends and explore new growth opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• 0-5 years of experience in Domestic Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Software, or Technology companies preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
