Business Development Executive Car Rental

Appan Mobility is a growing mobility solutions company focused on providing reliable and customized corporate car rental and transportation services. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive corporate client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities.

• Drive B2B business development and generate new corporate accounts for car rental and mobility services.
• Identify and develop potential clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, networking, and market visits.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and actively convert qualified leads into business.
• Meet corporate decision-makers to understand transportation and mobility requirements.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to generate repeat and long-term business.
• Generate business across On-Call, Employee Transport Services (ETS), Airport Transfers, Local & Outstation Travel, and Long-Term Rentals.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales, revenue, and business acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales pipeline, maintain accurate lead records, and provide regular sales and business development reports.
• Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and potential corporate accounts to support business growth.

Candidate Profile

• 14 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
• Candidates with experience in Car Rental, Corporate Travel, Transportation, Logistics, Fleet Management, or Mobility Services will be preferred.
• Strong corporate sales and client acquisition capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
• Existing corporate network in Pune or Mumbai will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Highly target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.
