Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

1 3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with lead generation and outbound prospecting Familiarity with IT services or software industry is a plus Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities Conduct outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels Work closely with the sales manager to achieve revenue targets Maintain CRM records and generate weekly activity reports Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships to drive company growth.
