Business Development Executive - B2C

We are looking for a competitive, trustworthy, and results-driven Business Development Executive who can identify new sales prospects, negotiate deals, maintain customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through field sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients, conduct field visits, and understand their requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Create regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Handle customer complaints and objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Gather customer/prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales.
• Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry preferred.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong convincing and communication skills.
