We re looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive who can own the sales journey end-to-end - from cold calling and lead generation to bringing prospects into video meetings and closing clients.

What We re Looking For:

B2B or B2C sales experience
Proven experience selling a product or service
End-to-end sales experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and client-facing skills
Cold calling experience is highly preferred
Smart, proactive and target-oriented approach
Experience in Civil, Manufacturing or related industries is a strong plus

What You ll Do:

- Generate leads through cold calling and outreach
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Schedule and conduct client/video meetings
- Present solutions effectively to prospects
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
