Business Development Executive Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate and manage business leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and other remote channels.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their property-related requirements.
• Explain NoBroker products, services, plans, and benefits to potential customers.
• Identify business opportunities and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships remotely.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, and other internal teams through online communication.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversion status regularly.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development targets.
• Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and team reviews.
• Follow company processes and maintain productivity while working remotely.

Preferred candidate profile
