Business Development cum Operations Head -Security (Branch Head )

Role & responsibilities

We are a company specializing in security guarding services for the last 44 years.

The requirement is of 3 Branch Heads at Lucknow for U.P, Mohali for Punjab and one for Uttarakhand .We are looking for a candidate to lead and manage the overall business development and operational functions of the company, ensuring sustainable business growth, acquisition of new clients, retention of existing clients, efficient deployment of security manpower, operational excellence, contractual compliance, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

The incumbent shall be responsible for the complete business cycle, from identifying prospective clients and securing new contracts to ensuring successful execution, client satisfaction, timely commercial realization, and profitability of the assigned portfolio.

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's revenue, profitability, and market expansion objectives.

2. Identify prospective clients, industries, corporate establishments, residential societies, commercial complexes, industrial units, warehouses, educational institutions, and other potential business opportunities.

3. Negotiate commercial terms, service charges, management fees, payment terms, manpower rates, and contractual conditions within the authority delegated by management.

4. Maintain regular contact with existing clients to assess service quality, identify concerns, and strengthen professional relationships.

5. Ensure deployment of adequate, trained, disciplined, and properly uniformed security personnel as per contractual requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• He should preferably a retired defense officer of the rank of Colonel or para military forces officer of the equivalent status
• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field will be preferred.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the private security services, facility management, manpower outsourcing, or allied services industry.
• Prior experience in managing both business development and large-scale security operations will be strongly preferred.
• Experience in corporate sales, tendering, commercial negotiations, client management, manpower planning, and contract execution.
• Working knowledge of applicable labour laws, PSARA requirements, statutory compliance, security operations, and commercial contract management.
• Experience in managing multi-location operations and leading a team of business development and operational professionals.
