Business Development Consultant Executive Search

We are looking for a driven Business Development Consultant / Associate – Executive Search to join our team and drive new business growth across Executive Search and Leadership Hiring.

Focus: 80% Hunting | 20% Farming & Account Expansion

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and generate Executive Search mandates across CXO, Business Head and senior leadership positions.
• Build strong relationships with CHROs, CEOs, Founders and senior business leaders.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to mandate closure and commercial negotiations.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Expand existing client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with the search team to deliver consultative, client-focused hiring solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring Sales / Lateral Hiring Sales.
• Proven expertise in new client acquisition, business development and mandate generation.
• Experience selling recruitment and executive search solutions across non-IT sectors, such as FMCG/FMCD, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma and BFSI.
• Strong relationships with CHROs, CEOs, Founders and senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• A strong hunter mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
