Roles & Responsibilities→ Achieving and exceeding monthly sales and enrolment targets.
→ Connecting with prospective students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
→ Counselling learners about Online MBA, BBA, MCA, Executive Education, and certification programmes.
→ Understanding learners requirements and recommending suitable programmes.
→ Converting leads into successful admissions through effective follow-ups.
→ Handling queries related to programme fees, eligibility, scholarships, and admission processes.
→ Maintaining accurate lead records and follow-ups in CRM.
