Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Hospital Relationship Management

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with hospital management, doctors,

finance departments, patient coordinators, and support staff.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all hospital stakeholders regarding CarePal Money (patient financing)

Patient Engagement & Lead Generation

• Engage directly with patients and their families at the hospital premises to understand their

financial needs during medical emergencies.

• Generate leads by identifying financially stressed patients and offering suitable solutions via CarePal Money (instant medical loans)

Conversion & Performance Tracking

• Drive maximum patient referral volume from each hospital by building rapport and trust with

frontline medical staff and hospital coordinators.

• Coordinate with internal telesales, credit, and operations teams to ensure swift

turnaround on leads and timely updates to patients.
