Matri is on a mission to revolutionize female wellness. Featured on Shark Tank India, we are building a brand that breaks taboos and brings comfort to women across the country with our innovative solution Matri - A Menstrual Pain reliever device. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic candidate to join our core team and help us scale nationwide.

Role & Responsibilities - Business development , Sales - Marketing & Networking

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential partners and customers.

Attend healthcare seminars, represent company at stalls across national platforms, and host events as required

• Develop and execute business development, sales and marketing plans to expand
• Plan and execute marketing activities across partner pharmacy chains to increase product awareness, customer engagement and sales.
• Coordinate with pharmacy managers and store representatives on product displays, demonstrations, staff training and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, identify opportunities to expand into additional stores and follow through on agreed activities.
• Tying up with Doctors
• Prepare storytelling and anchoring-style videos explaining s products, company activities, or operational processes for use across social media platforms as per need

Customer Relationship Management

• Dedicated customer support team already there , monitor that team , team work with them as per need.
• Build strategies to make strong relationships with existing customers
• Create strategies for past or new customer engagement (e.g., a community of women celebrating painless periods) aware them about other SKUs etc.

Administration & HR

• Support relevant departments in managing various documentation

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling and employee onboarding

• Support day-to-day office administration and coordinate internal activities as needed.

• Lead and coordinate the relevant departmental team as assigned, allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
