We are hiring a Business Development Associate to guide IT professionals toward the right certification and training programs through consultative sales and structured follow-ups
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry: EdTech / Professional Training

Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads from inquiry to enrollment.
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle follow-ups, objections, and negotiations effectively.
- Maintain CRM updates and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve enrollment and sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in EdTech or training sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and target-based roles.
- Candidates must be currently based in Bangalore.
