Business Development Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to manage inbound leads, handle online business portals, coordinate product demos, and maintain accurate lead records. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong numerical aptitude, and a systematic approach to follow-ups and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from Google, Meta, website enquiries, IndiaMART, Justdial, and other sources.
• Contact and qualify prospects, coordinate product demonstrations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead records and demo tracking in Excel/CRM.
• Prepare and submit daily performance reports on time.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handling and demo scheduling.
• Research relevant industry expos and assist with additional business development activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, telecalling, or customer coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
• Hindi and Gujarati language proficiency preferred; Tamil is an added advantage.
• Strong mathematical and numerical skills, including calculations, target tracking, and data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up discipline.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
