JD DESCRIPTION - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Patients via call
- Understand Patient Problems and answer queries (if any).
- Advise Patients on the most suitable service as per their needs.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
- Collaborate with Care Managers for a seamless Enrolment Experience.
- Achieve Enrolment Targets and contribute to the Teams Success
- Collect and maintain Up to Date Patient Data
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (any field)
-1- 3 years of Core Sales Experience
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Can work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
