Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, building strong relationships, and converting potential opportunities into successful business outcomes.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to influence decisions through genuine conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, messages, emails, and other communication channels.
• Build rapport with potential clients and establish trust through meaningful conversations.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and expectations to recommend suitable solutions.
• Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Present products or services confidently and communicate their value effectively.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or another client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect naturally with new people.
• Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and close sales without being overly aggressive.
• Good listening, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage conversations and follow-ups independently in a remote work environment.
