Our client is a UK-based international business magazine and digital media publication covering entrepreneurship, leadership, technology, innovation and global business trends.

The publication works with business leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, executives and organisations across international markets, producing business news, executive interviews, company profiles, editorial features, awards and digital media campaigns.

They are looking for ambitious fresh graduates and final-year students who want to build practical experience across business development, lead generation, digital marketing, journalism, content creation and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

* Research companies, founders, executives and potential business prospects across international markets.

* Identify and qualify leads for editorial features, awards, partnerships and business opportunities.

* Build and maintain structured prospect databases.

* Conduct market and competitor research.

* Support outbound business development campaigns and prospect follow-ups.

Email & Phone Marketing

* Conduct professional email outreach to prospective clients.

* Make outbound calls to businesses, founders and decision-makers.

* Follow up on enquiries, nominations and business opportunities.

* Build professional relationships with prospects.

* Track calls, emails, responses and follow-up activities.

CRM & Marketing Workflows

* Maintain prospect and customer information within the CRM.

* Manage lead pipelines and follow-up activities.

* Support email automation and CRM workflows.

* Track prospects from initial contact through different stages of the pipeline.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Journalism & Content Creation

* Research companies, industries, executives and business stories.

* Assist with executive interviews and business profiles.

* Write and edit articles, news stories, interviews and social media content.

* Support SEO-friendly content creation.

* Publish and maintain digital content.

Digital & AI Tools

Candidates will gain practical experience with tools including:

Canva graphics and marketing content

Zoho CRM – lead management and workflow automation

WordPress – digital publishing and website content

ChatGPT & other AI tools – research, content creation, marketing and productivity

Previous experience with every platform is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from fresh graduates or final-year students in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, English, Commerce, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Confidence communicating by email and telephone
