Business Development Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as BDE Interns Lead Generation & Marketing. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, market research, cold calling, and client outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and identify prospective clients.
• Perform cold calling, email outreach, and client follow-ups.
• Support B2B sales and business development activities.
• Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and client acquisition.
• Maintain lead databases and update business development trackers.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers from Marketing or related specialisations preferred.
• Candidates with 60% and above academic aggregate preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in B2B sales, marketing, and lead generation.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
• Good research, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work from the office in Marathahalli, Bangalore.
