Growwithlegacy helps Salon Owners and Makeup Artists grow their businesses through practical Instagram marketing and implementation-based coaching.

We are looking for a strong consultative Sales Closer to join our growing sales team.

What You'll Do

• Handle 40+ warm, high-intent leads/day
• Conduct sales calls and convert qualified prospects
• Build rapport and understand the prospect's business challenges
• Handle objections and confidently close sales
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate lead updates in Google Sheets
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of Sales / Inside Sales / Closing experience
• Experience in Coaching, EdTech, Online Courses, Consulting or similar preferred
• Strong Hindi communication skills
• Good conversational English
• Strong objection handling and closing ability
• Excellent follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working with targets
• Highly coachable, process-driven and resilient
• Consultative rather than aggressive selling style

Compensation

30,000–40,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives
