Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Noida. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation activities, including cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups. The role involves conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs, and using these insights to support strategic sales initiatives. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations, assist in creating proposals, and support senior team members during client meetings and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings, and contributing to business growth targets.

• Strong lead generation abilities, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and translating insights into business opportunities.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in presentation skills and delivering professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfort using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage.
