Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, including building partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. The associate will conduct market research to understand trends, target audiences, and potential growth areas, and will support lead generation activities through calls, emails, presentations, and networking events. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies and overall business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building with potential clients and partners.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage stakeholders and collaborate with team members.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or education services is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using productivity tools, CRM software, and basic office applications is an advantage.
