We're Hiring | Business Development Associate – Inside Sales

RiseUpp is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers and early-career professionals (0–1 year experience) to join our growing Sales Team in Bengaluru.

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to 3 LPA + Performance Incentives up to 2 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

• Understand learners career goals, educational background and requirements

• Explain relevant online MBA, degree, certification and upskilling programs

• Guide learners throughout the complete enrollment process

• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively

• Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Work closely with the sales team to drive enrollments and business growth

Who can apply:

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling or Customer Support

• Graduates from any discipline

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
