About our Client

We are hiring on behalf of a client who is a floral and gifting company that creates memorable experiences for corporates, events, and brands. They specialize in floral décor and floral gifting, and they handle end-to-end sourcing for curated gifts, from flowers and candles to dry fruits and more. They've grown quickly and profitably in our first year, and are now expanding their corporate business.

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven, confident person who wants to learn sales from the ground up. You'll find and reach out to potential corporate clients, open doors, and set up meetings for our founder. If you enjoy talking to people and want to see your work turn directly into business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build lists of target companies, admin teams, event planners, and brands that buy corporate gifts.
• Make 50+ outreach calls a day to introduce the company and understand client needs.
• Set up at least 2 qualified client meetings a week for the founder.
• Follow up with leads over phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a clear record of calls, leads, and meetings.
• Share market insights on what clients are looking for, festive gifting seasons, and competitors.

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome; any prior sales, calling, or client-facing experience is a plus.
• Excellent spoken English; Hindi and other regional languages are a bonus.
• Confident on the phone and unfazed by rejection.
• Organized, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hungry to learn and earn, with a genuine interest in business.
